Wennapuwa coputer project.

The unethical conversions have been active to capture the primary schooling and nursery-school level (Montessori schools etc) education in Sri Lanka . This is precisely the time when minds are most plastic, and according to the Swiss psychologist and behavioral scientist Jean Piaget, the best time to influence a person and the fact confirmed by modern neuroscience..

In previous times, the state had a strong presence in these areas. But more recently, state schools at the nursery and kindergarten level are unsupported. One hears of many schools being closed, ostensibly due to lack of students, but really because parents do not see any point in sending children to broken

down schools, while the church runs well funded schools with toys, books and often volunteer NGO teachers. These NGO teachers are not necessarily religious. But the church schools have the links and the organization. So when some body in a western country wishes to volunteer, world vision or some such organization is ready with its tentacles to bring that person into their NGO network.

Helabima organization identified the community at Yogiyana in Wennapuwa as highly affected then decay of children gathering in to the temples in Dhamma schools hence taken the counteraction to all this is to:

  1. Follow Colonel Olcott and supports the Buddhist education, but now at the primary level.
  2. Identify individuals who are Catholic actionists in unethical conversions, Church actionists etc., as was done in an earlier time by Buddhist nationalists like L. H. Metthananda, P de S Kularatne, C. D. S. Siriwardene and others of the Buddhist commission era of the fifties.Unethical conversion agenda
  3. Working with moderate Christians to maintain the inter-religious harmony.Following are some photos and the documents in the project. This is the ceremonial opening of the project by Venerable Dummaladeniye monastery head Buddhist monk.
